By providing your mobile phone number to GO Ape Roadside Assistance LLC ("Go Ape," "we," "our," or "us"), you consent to receive text (SMS) messages from us related to your roadside service, booking, and account.
1. Program description
Our SMS program operates under the brand name "Go Ape Roadside" (temporary brand name pending Twilio 10DLC registration). Go Ape uses SMS to send service and account communications, including:
- Booking confirmations and technician assignment
- Live ETA updates and arrival notifications
- Secure payment links and receipts
- Post-service follow-up and review requests
- Membership renewal reminders and important account notices
2. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity — typically 2–8 messages per service event. Members and repeat customers may receive additional messages.
3. Message and data rates
Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Go Ape does not charge you a fee for the messages themselves.
4. Opt-in
You opt in by submitting your phone number through our booking form, membership signup, or by calling and requesting service. By doing so, you agree to receive automated SMS from Go Ape at the number provided.
5. Opt-out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message, and then no further texts. Opting out of SMS may delay service updates — we'll still contact you by phone or email.

7. Supported carriers
SMS delivery is supported on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
Your mobile number and SMS content are handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile numbers with third parties for their marketing purposes.

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision.
