Will a jump start damage my car?
Not when done properly. Our professional jump packs regulate voltage safely for modern vehicles, including hybrids and start-stop cars.
What if the jump doesn't work?
If the battery won't hold a charge, we can install a replacement battery on site during the same visit — no second dispatch.
Do you jump hybrids and EVs?
We jump the 12V accessory battery in hybrids and EVs, which is what usually causes a no-start. We do not service traction batteries.
Can I schedule a jump for the morning?
Yes — call ahead if you know your battery is weak and we can pre-schedule a specific arrival window.
